1. Eligibility & Registration
To use FormMaster.io, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the data you collect using our platform. We do not claim ownership over your form responses or content.
We use encrypted channels to store and transmit your data securely. However, no system is 100% secure, and you use FormMaster.io at your own risk.
4. AI & Automated Features
Our platform includes AI-generated content and suggestions (e.g., AI form builder, smart logic, auto-labeling). While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the correctness, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.
5. Plans, Billing & Refunds
- Free Plan: Offers access to basic features with usage limits.
- Pro Plans: Paid plans with additional limits and features.
- Subscription: Billing is recurring based on your selected plan. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time unless required by law.
6. Content & Conduct Restrictions
- You agree not to use FormMaster.io to:
- Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometrics) without appropriate legal safeguards
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
- Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
- Create abusive, offensive, or discriminatory forms
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules — with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content and software on FormMaster.io (except your uploaded content and forms) is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not:
- Reproduce, sell, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our brand name, logo, or UI assets without consent

- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- You misuse or abuse the platform
Upon termination, your account and data may be deleted or archived. We are not responsible for any loss of data post-termination.

- FormMaster.io is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We make no guarantees that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Data will be 100% secure
- Features will meet your expectations
You use the service at your own risk.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormMaster.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
