You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.

• Plans: FormMaster.io offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page and may change over time.
• Billing: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select (monthly or annual, unless stated otherwise). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payment processing (Paddle): Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle (our payment partner and Merchant of Record). Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.
• Refunds (14-day window): If you are a consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are handled by Paddle. To request a refund or get help with an order, please contact Paddle Order Support.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time unless required by law.

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content

• All content and software on FormMaster.io (except your uploaded content and forms) is owned by us or our licensors.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to FormMaster.io at any time, for any reason, especially if:

• We are required to do so by law
• You misuse or abuse the platform

• Features will meet your expectations
